The band has been designed to be comfortable to wear during treatment or sleep. The outer mesh material helps grip hair onto the band whilst not making hair frizzy during removal. For results without using heat attach the band at night before going to sleep and remove in the morning. If you need wavy hair fast dampen hair before attaching the band, once the band is attached correctly dry the hair with a hair dryer and remove the band straight after for instant results.
