Thalgo Eye Roll-On contains active ingredients that help reduce dark circles, fine lines and puffiness around the eyes. It has an applicator with 3 metal balls which cools while massaging the skin. To use: apply once or twice a day to skin around the eyes, it can be applied under or over makeup. Work from the inner to the outer corners of the eyes, then from the temples towards the brow bones.
